1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter, participating in programs or contacting us: full name, email, phone number, region and economic sector. We also record technical data such as IP address, browser type and anonymized navigation patterns.
3. Processing purposes
Your data is processed to: (i) send you financial education content and 2026 regulatory updates; (ii) manage your participation in programs and workshops; (iii) answer queries and complaints; (iv) comply with legal obligations applicable in Peru.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, prior and informed consent you provide when accepting this policy, and on the legitimate interest in improving our services and fulfilling institutional commitments.
5. Data retention
Your data will be kept for as long as we maintain a relationship with you and for an additional period of five (5) years, unless a different legal obligation applies, after which it will be anonymized or deleted.
6. Transfers
We do not transfer your data outside Peru without adequate safeguards. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors, always under confidentiality and security agreements.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, information and consent withdrawal by writing to dpd@killavox.com. We will respond within the deadlines established by Law No. 29733.
8. Security
We apply technical, organizational and legal measures to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls and periodic internal audits aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
9. Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPD) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
